Return Policy
At Basikoo, we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be in the same condition as when you received it

Unworn, unused, and with all tags still attached

In its original packaging

You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at basikoo@jdy.kingkungmeta.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve the issue for you.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the best method is to first return the item you have, and once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to finalize and post the refund.
